ASTM A369 FP92 Alloy Steel Pipe (UNS K92460)
ASTM A369 FP92 (UNS K92460) is a 9% Chromium – 0.5% Molybdenum – Tungsten – Vanadium – Niobium (9Cr-0.5Mo-1.8W-VNb) enhanced ferritic alloy steel, known for its superior creep strength, excellent oxidation resistance, and exceptional performance in ultra-supercritical temperature environments.
Produced through a forged and bored heavy-wall manufacturing process, FP92 is widely used in power generation, high-pressure steam piping, superheaters, reheaters, and petrochemical high-temperature service. FP92 is considered an upgraded version of FP91, offering higher temperature strength and longer service life.
