Stainless Steel 316L Round Bar (UNS S31603)
Stainless Steel 316L Round Bar (UNS S31603) is a low-carbon, molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel designed for enhanced corrosion resistance and excellent weldability. The reduced carbon content minimizes the risk of intergranular corrosion after welding, while molybdenum improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in chloride and aggressive chemical environments. UNS S31603 round bars are widely used in marine, chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and food-grade applications requiring long-term durability.
