SAE/AISI 1018 Round Bar (UNS G10180)
SAE/AISI 1018 Round Bar is a low-carbon steel bar widely used for general engineering and machining applications. Known for its excellent weldability, good machinability, and uniform mechanical properties, AISI 1018 steel round bars are ideal for parts requiring moderate strength, good surface finish, and consistent performance. Due to its low carbon content, this grade offers superior formability and is commonly supplied in hot rolled, cold drawn, or turned & polished conditions.
