Corrosion Resistance

ASTM A234 Gr WP12 Pipe Fittings offer excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. The chromium-molybdenum composition enhances resistance to scaling and corrosive flue gases, making them ideal for furnace and heat exchanger applications.

Heat Resistance

With the addition of chromium and molybdenum, ASTM A234 WP12 fittings maintain mechanical stability and oxidation resistance at temperatures up to 600°C (1110°F). These fittings are ideal for superheaters, reheaters, and other high-temperature pipelines.

Heat Treatment
