Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings

Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings Manufacturer & Supplier

Hastelloy C276 Pipe Fittings are high-performance nickel–molybdenum–chromium alloy fittings designed for superior corrosion resistance in the most aggressive environments. Known as one of the most corrosion-resistant alloys available, Hastelloy C276 offers exceptional protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, oxidizing agents, reducing acids, and chloride-containing solutions.

This alloy is widely used in industries where exposure to strong acids, seawater, organic compounds, and high-temperature environments is unavoidable. It retains excellent mechanical strength and metallurgical stability even under extreme pressure and temperature conditions, making it the preferred choice for critical piping systems.

Key Features

  • Exceptional resistance to pitting & crevice corrosion

  • Superior performance in reducing and oxidizing environments

  • Resistant to wet chlorine gas, hypochlorites, chlorine dioxide

  • Excellent protection against strong acids including HCl, H₂SO₄, and HNO₃

  • High resistance to stress-corrosion cracking

  • Excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures

  • Outstanding weldability & fabricability

  • Preferred alloy for chemical processing & pollution control systems
