Monel 400 Pipe Fittings
Monel 400 Pipe Fittings ( UNS N04400 )
Monel 400 Pipe Fittings are engineered from a high-strength nickel-copper alloy containing approximately 65% nickel and 33% copper, offering exceptional resistance to seawater, acids, alkalis, and harsh corrosive environments. Known for its excellent mechanical properties, Monel 400 (UNS N04400) delivers superior performance in marine and chemical processing applications where both high strength and corrosion resistance are required.
These pipe fittings exhibit outstanding resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. They maintain their structural integrity across a wide range of temperatures and are suitable for applications up to 1000°F (538°C). With excellent weldability, formability, and durability, Monel 400 Pipe Fittings are widely used in offshore, power generation, chemical, and oil & gas industries.
