310S Stainless Steel Round Bar (UNS S31008) is the low-carbon variant of Grade 310 stainless steel, developed for high-temperature oxidation resistance with excellent weldability. The reduced carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation during welding and prolonged high-temperature exposure, making 310S round bars ideal for furnace and thermal processing applications requiring superior corrosion resistance after fabrication.
