409L Stainless Steel Round Bar (UNS S40910) is a low-carbon, titanium-stabilized ferritic stainless steel developed to offer improved weldability and resistance to intergranular corrosion compared to standard 409. With reduced carbon content, 409L round bars minimize carbide precipitation during welding and provide reliable oxidation and scaling resistance at elevated temperatures. This grade is widely used where cost efficiency, heat resistance, and moderate corrosion resistance are required.
