AISI 5160 Round Bar (UNS G51600)
AISI 5160 Round Bar is a high-carbon chromium alloy steel best known for its excellent toughness, high strength, and superior wear resistance. With approximately 0.60% carbon and added chromium, this grade offers outstanding resilience and fatigue strength, making it especially suitable for components subjected to repeated shock and dynamic loading. It is widely used in spring steel and heavy-duty mechanical applications.
