ASTM A269 TP316Ti Stainless Steel Tubes (UNS S31635)

ASTM A269 TP316Ti is a titanium-stabilized version of 316 stainless steel designed for enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially after welding or long-term exposure to high temperatures. The addition of titanium (Ti) improves stability against carbide precipitation, ensuring excellent performance in elevated-temperature environments, aggressive chemical media, and high-pressure systems.

Known for superior corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and durability, 316Ti (UNS S31635) stainless steel tubes are widely used in chemical processing, heat exchangers, petrochemical plants, and high-temperature service applications.

Key Features

  • Titanium Stabilized for excellent resistance to sensitization during welding.
  • Superior High-Temperature Strength compared to standard 316/316L grades.
  • Enhanced Corrosion Resistance in chloride-containing and acidic environments.
  • Excellent Mechanical Stability under prolonged heat exposure.
  • Smooth & Clean Inner Surface ideal for critical fluid and gas flow.
  • High Oxidation Resistance up to 800°C.
  • Meets ASTM A269 Standard ensuring dimensional accuracy and quality.
