ASTM B622 UNS N10665 Pipe (Hastelloy B-2 / Alloy B2)
ASTM B622 UNS N10665 specifies seamless pipes and tubes manufactured from a nickel-molybdenum alloy known as Hastelloy B-2 or Alloy B2. This alloy is engineered to deliver exceptional resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures, as well as to other strong reducing chemicals.
UNS N10665 pipes exhibit excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, making them a preferred material for severe chemical processing and acid-handling applications.
