EN1A Round Bar is a free-cutting low carbon steel renowned for its exceptional machinability and smooth surface finish. Identified internationally as UNS G12144, EN1A contains added sulfur to enhance chip breaking, making it one of the most preferred materials for high-speed machining and automatic turning operations. It is typically supplied in bright drawn condition and is not intended for heat treatment.
