Hastelloy C22HS Round Bar (UNS N07022)
Hastelloy C22HS Round Bar is a high-strength, nickel–chromium–molybdenum alloy engineered for extreme corrosion resistance combined with superior mechanical strength. It is an advanced version of Hastelloy C22, offering significantly higher yield and tensile strength while maintaining excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
The “HS” designation stands for High Strength, making Hastelloy C22HS Round Bar ideal for applications requiring thinner sections, higher pressure resistance, and weight reduction without compromising corrosion performance. It performs exceptionally well in aggressive chemical processing conditions, including mixed acid environments and chloride-containing media.
