Hastelloy G30 Round Bar (UNS N06030)
Hastelloy G30 Round Bar is a nickel–chromium–iron–molybdenum alloy specially developed for exceptional resistance to phosphoric acid and highly oxidizing chemical environments. With a high chromium content, Hastelloy G30 provides excellent protection against general corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion, particularly in fertilizer and chemical processing industries.
Compared to Alloy G3 and Alloy 20, Hastelloy G30 Round Bar offers superior corrosion resistance in wet process phosphoric acid (WPA) containing chlorides and fluorides. It also exhibits good mechanical strength, excellent fabricability, and reliable weldability for demanding industrial applications.
