Nickel 200 Round Bar (UNS N02200)
Nickel 200 Round Bar is a commercially pure wrought nickel alloy (99.6% Ni) known for its excellent corrosion resistance, outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, and superior performance in caustic and alkaline environments. It offers excellent mechanical properties across a wide temperature range and maintains good ductility even at sub-zero temperatures, making it suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature applications.
Nickel 200 is particularly resistant to caustic soda, alkalis, and neutral salts, and it exhibits good resistance to many organic and inorganic chemicals. Due to its low carbon content, it is best used in applications below 315°C, where it delivers stable performance without the risk of graphitization.
