Introduction

ASTM B423 UNS N08825 (Incoloy 825) seamless pipes are manufactured from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy designed for exceptional corrosion resistance in harsh and corrosive environments. Containing additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium, Incoloy 825 provides outstanding resistance to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, seawater, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. These pipes offer superior performance in high-temperature, high-pressure, and aggressive chemical conditions, making them ideal for use in chemical processing, petrochemical plants, marine engineering, and oil & gas industries.
