Inconel 625 Round Bar (UNS N06625)
Inconel 625 Round Bar is a nickel–chromium–molybdenum alloy strengthened primarily by solid-solution hardening, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, high strength, and excellent fatigue and creep resistance. The addition of molybdenum and niobium provides outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, making it ideal for severe environments.
Inconel 625 Round Bar (also searched as Alloy 625 Round Bar) performs reliably over a wide temperature range, from cryogenic conditions up to 980°C, and maintains excellent mechanical properties without the need for precipitation hardening. Its superior resistance to oxidation and chemical attack makes it one of the most widely used nickel alloys in marine, aerospace, oil & gas, and chemical processing industries.
Key Features
- Excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
