AISI 6150 Round Bar (UNS G61500)
AISI 6150 Round Bar is a chromium–vanadium alloy steel known for its excellent toughness, high strength, and superior fatigue resistance. The addition of vanadium refines the grain structure, improving impact resistance and wear performance. This grade is widely used in applications that demand high shock resistance and long service life, especially under cyclic and dynamic loads.
Key Features
- Chromium–vanadium alloy steel with fine grain structure
- Excellent toughness and fatigue strength
- Very good wear and abrasion resistance
- Outstanding response to quenching and tempering
- Reliable performance under shock and dynamic loading
