440B Stainless Steel Round Bar (UNS S44003)
440B Stainless Steel Round Bar is a high-carbon martensitic stainless steel positioned between 440A and 440C, offering a strong balance of high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and moderate corrosion resistance. Identified by UNS S44003, this grade achieves higher hardness and edge retention than 440A, while maintaining better corrosion resistance than 440C.
It is commonly used in cutting tools, bearings, and high-wear mechanical components.
