446 Stainless Steel Round Bar (UNS S44600)
446 Stainless Steel Round Bar (UNS S44600) is a high-chromium ferritic stainless steel specifically developed for exceptional resistance to oxidation, scaling, and high-temperature corrosion. With a chromium content typically around 23–27%, this grade performs extremely well in continuous service at elevated temperatures and in sulfur-bearing atmospheres. 446 stainless steel round bars are magnetic, have excellent resistance to carburization, and are widely used in furnace and heat-treating applications where severe heat resistance is required.
