ASTM A312 TP310HCb Austenitic Stainless Steel Pipe
ASTM A312 TP310HCb (UNS S31009 Modified with Cb/Nb) is a high-temperature, niobium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel pipe engineered for extreme heat service. The addition of Columbium (Cb/Nb) significantly enhances creep resistance, reduces sensitization, and strengthens the material for long-term exposure to elevated temperatures. With excellent oxidation and carburization resistance up to 1150°C, 310HCb is ideal for thermal processing, reformer units, petrochemical heating, and furnace applications.
This grade delivers superior structural stability, exceptional durability, and reliable performance under heavy thermal cycling.
