ASTM A312 TP444 (UNS S44400) Ferritic Stainless Steel Pipes

ASTM A312 TP444 Stainless Steel Pipes (UNS S44400) are high-performance ferritic stainless steel pipes containing high chromium with molybdenum for enhanced resistance to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and scaling at elevated temperatures. Known for their excellent weldability, high thermal conductivity, and superior corrosion resistance in chloride-rich and mildly acidic environments, TP444 pipes are widely used in heat exchangers, automotive exhaust systems, water heaters, and industrial process piping.

Key Features

  • UNS S44400 Ferritic Grade with high corrosion resistance
  • Enhanced pitting & crevice corrosion resistance (Mo-stabilized)
  • Excellent weldability & formability
  • Superior high-temperature oxidation resistance
  • Low coefficient of thermal expansion
  • Ideal for automotive & heat exchanger applications
  • Long service life & cost-effective replacement for 316L
