Duplex 2205 Stainless Steel Round Bar is a nitrogen-enhanced austenitic-ferritic (duplex) stainless steel that offers an excellent balance of high strength, outstanding corrosion resistance, and superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Identified by UNS S32205 / S31803 (EN 1.4462), this grade provides nearly twice the yield strength of austenitic stainless steels like 304 and 316, making it ideal for demanding and cost-effective engineering solutions.
