Hastelloy G35 Round Bar (UNS N06035)
Hastelloy G35 Round Bar is a nickel–chromium–iron–molybdenum alloy with copper, developed to provide exceptional resistance to sulfuric acid and highly oxidizing environments. It is an advanced grade compared to Hastelloy G30, offering improved corrosion resistance in hot, contaminated sulfuric acid, especially in chemical and fertilizer industries.
The addition of copper enhances resistance to sulfuric acid, while high chromium content ensures excellent protection against pitting, crevice corrosion, and general corrosion. Hastelloy G35 Round Bar delivers good mechanical strength, excellent fabricability, and reliable weldability for severe process conditions.
