ASTM B622 UNS N06045 specifies seamless pipes and tubes made from a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known as Hastelloy C-4 or Alloy C-4. This alloy is engineered for exceptional thermal stability and resistance to intergranular corrosion, even after prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

UNS N06045 pipes are highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking and maintain excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing chemical environments, making them ideal for demanding chemical processing applications.
