The 1 1/4 Inch Weld Neck Flange (NPS 1 1/4″ | DN32) is a high-strength forged flange designed for high-pressure and high-temperature piping systems. Engineered with a long tapered hub, this flange is butt-welded directly to the pipe, ensuring smooth bore alignment and excellent stress distribution. Its design enhances structural integrity, reduces turbulence, and minimizes the risk of leakage in critical applications.
Manufactured in compliance with ASME B16.5, the 1 1/4″ Weld Neck Flange is available in pressure ratings ranging from Class 150 to Class 2500 to meet various operational requirements. It is produced in a wide range of materials including Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F304, F316, F321, F347), Carbon Steel (ASTM A105, A350 LF2), Alloy Steel (F11, F22, F5, F9), Duplex & Super Duplex grades, and Nickel Alloys for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
The standard face type is Raised Face (RF), with optional Flat Face (FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) configurations for high-pressure services. Each flange is manufactured under strict quality control and can be supplied with Mill Test Certification (EN 10204 3.1).
This flange is widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, marine, and chemical processing industries.
