Hastelloy Flanges
Hastelloy Flanges
Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter
Emirerri Steel offers high-quality Hastelloy flanges, designed for industries handling highly corrosive, high-temperature, or chemically aggressive environments. Renowned for their durability, reliability, and corrosion resistance, our Hastelloy flanges are suitable for chemical processing, petrochemical, power generation, and marine applications.
Key Features
Exceptional resistance to oxidation, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
High mechanical strength and toughness even at elevated temperatures.
Excellent weldability and fabricability for versatile use.
Suitable for both oxidizing and reducing environments.
Long service life with minimal maintenance.
Available in custom sizes, pressure classes, and surface finishes.
Types of Hastelloy Flanges
Weld Neck Flanges (WN): Welded directly to the pipe for a strong and leak-proof joint in high-pressure systems.
Blind Flanges (BL): Used to close the end of a pipe or vessel, providing easy access for maintenance.
Slip-On Flanges (SO): Simple to install; suitable for low to moderate pressure and temperature applications.
Socket Weld Flanges (SW): Ideal for small-diameter, high-pressure pipelines where strength is essential.
Threaded (Screwed) Flanges (TH): Allow non-welded connections, useful for piping systems under moderate pressure.
Lap Joint Flanges (LJ): Used with stub ends, suitable for systems requiring frequent dismantling or cleaning.
Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Flanges: Provide a high-integrity metal-to-metal seal for critical applications.
Spectacle Blind Flanges: Used to isolate pipeline sections during maintenance or inspection.
Common Hastelloy Grades
Emirerri Steel offers Hastelloy flanges in the most widely used grades:
Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276): Excellent resistance to oxidizing and reducing media, strong against pitting and crevice corrosion.
Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022): Superior resistance to oxidizers, reducing agents, and a wide range of chemicals.
Hastelloy B2 (UNS N10665): Outstanding resistance to strong reducing acids such as hydrochloric acid.
Hastelloy C2000: Offers enhanced corrosion resistance in mixed acid environments and excellent thermal stability.
Standards Compliance
Our Hastelloy flanges are manufactured and tested as per global standards for quality and compatibility:
ASTM B564: Forgings of nickel-based alloys including Hastelloy.
ASME B16.5: Piping flanges and flanged fittings up to 24 inches.
EN 1092-1: European standard for steel and alloy flanges.
DIN: German industrial standards for precision and performance.
Flange Ratings / Pressure Classes
ASME/ANSI B16.5 Formula
PT = (Pr x SI) / 8750
- PT = rated working pressure in psig for specified material at temperature T.
- Pr = Pressure rating as per Class in Psig.
- SI = Selected stress in Psig for specified material at Temperature T.
- Refer to ASME B16.5 Annex B for the detailed calculation of Pressure Ratings.
