Emirerri Steel is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of Monel flanges, designed to deliver exceptional performance in corrosive and high-temperature environments. Monel, a nickel-copper alloy, is renowned for its outstanding corrosion resistance, strength, and durability, making it ideal for chemical, marine, and industrial applications where other materials fail.
Our Monel flanges are precision-engineered to meet stringent industrial requirements, ensuring reliability and long-term performance across demanding piping systems.
Key Features
Exceptional resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, and other corrosive chemicals.
High mechanical strength at ambient and elevated temperatures.
Excellent resistance to pitting, stress-corrosion cracking, and crevice corrosion.
Superior weldability and fabrication properties.
Long service life with minimal maintenance requirements.
Available in various sizes, pressure ratings, and finishes to suit different applications.
Types of Monel Flanges
Weld Neck Flanges (WN): Welded to the pipe for a strong, leak-proof connection in high-pressure systems.
Slip-On Flanges (SO): Easy to align and install; suitable for moderate pressure applications.
Blind Flanges (BL): Used to close pipe ends or vessels, providing secure sealing.
Socket Weld Flanges (SW): Designed for small-diameter, high-pressure piping systems.
Threaded (Screwed) Flanges (TH): Quick assembly without welding for moderate-pressure pipelines.
Lap Joint Flanges (LJ): Used with stub ends for systems that require frequent dismantling.
Ring Type Joint (RTJ) Flanges: Provide a metal-to-metal seal for critical, high-pressure applications.
Spectacle Blind Flanges: Combine a blind and spacer flange for pipeline isolation and maintenance.

Flange Ratings / Pressure Classes
ASME/ANSI B16.5 Formula
PT = (Pr x SI) / 8750
- PT = rated working pressure in psig for specified material at temperature T.
- Pr = Pressure rating as per Class in Psig.
- SI = Selected stress in Psig for specified material at Temperature T.
- Refer to ASME B16.5 Annex B for the detailed calculation of Pressure Ratings.
