The 1 Inch Weld Neck Flange (NPS 1″ | DN25) is a forged pipe flange engineered for high-pressure and high-temperature piping applications. Designed with a long tapered hub, it is butt-welded directly to the pipe, providing excellent reinforcement and smooth stress transition from the flange to the pipe. This design minimizes turbulence, reduces the risk of leakage, and ensures superior structural integrity in critical systems.

Manufactured in accordance with ASME B16.5, the 1″ Weld Neck Flange is available in pressure ratings from Class 150 to Class 2500, depending on service requirements. It is offered in multiple material grades including Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F304, F316, F321, F347), Carbon Steel (ASTM A105, A350 LF2), Alloy Steel (F11, F22, F5, F9), Duplex & Super Duplex, and Nickel Alloys to meet diverse industrial demands.

Standard face configuration is Raised Face (RF), with optional Flat Face (FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) for high-pressure services. Each flange undergoes strict quality control and can be supplied with Mill Test Certification as per EN 10204 3.1.
