ASTM A269 TP904L Stainless Steel Tubes (UNS N08904)
ASTM A269 TP904L (UNS N08904) Stainless Steel Tubes are high-alloy, low-carbon austenitic stainless steel tubes known for their exceptional corrosion resistance, especially in aggressive environments containing sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, seawater, and chloride-rich media. TP904L contains high levels of nickel (approx. 25%) and molybdenum (approx. 4.5%), making it a premium-grade alloy with excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
Due to its superior corrosion-resistance profile, 904L stainless steel is widely used in chemical processing plants, desalination units, marine environments, and high-pressure piping systems.
