Monel R405 Round Bar (UNS N04405 / W.Nr. 2.4365)
Monel R405 Round Bar is a free-machining nickel–copper alloy containing controlled sulfur additions, developed to provide the excellent corrosion resistance of Monel 400 with improved machinability. It offers outstanding resistance to seawater, hydrofluoric acid, alkalis, and neutral salts, making it suitable for precision-machined components in marine, chemical, and oil & gas applications.
