ASTM A403 WP904L Coupling is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe fitting manufactured from 904L (UNS N08904 / EN 1.4539) material. It is used to connect two pipes of the same diameter in highly corrosive environments where superior resistance to acids, chlorides, and seawater is required.
WP904L contains high levels of chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and copper, providing exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. These couplings are widely used in chemical processing plants, offshore platforms, oil & gas installations, and sulfuric acid handling systems.
Manufactured in compliance with ASTM standards and supplied with complete traceability, WP904L couplings ensure strength, pressure integrity, and long service life in aggressive service conditions.
